Large lounge, leather sofas, good sea views. Nice room for evening entertainment, bingo, different artists each night. Good-sized bedrooms, comfy beds. Recently refurbished, nice and comfortable. Great breakfast, friendly staff. Tram stops outside. Very relaxed, perfect for families. Lovely receptionist. Nice, big room, comfy bed. Breakfast delivered to room. This hotel is a hidden gem! the location is perfect, right on the promenade opposite the Cabin tram stop, making it easy to explore all the main areas of Blackpool. Secondly, the staff here are exceptional - friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. Thirdly, the rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with a good size walk-in bathroom and great views. And lastly, the breakfast served here is delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from and served swiftly by the attentive staff.
The only small issue was some noise from the nearby entertainment, but it didn't affect our overall experience.

I find the hotel COSY, spotless and the staff is brilliant. It's in the peaceful area really close to tram and bus, the promenade which is another bonus.
